S257 - 2026 Appropriations Act. (SL 2026-41)

• Amends the definition of "Department" to include the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians Department of Public Health and Human Services.
• Expands the definition of "Multidisciplinary team" to include a tribal prosecutor for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
• Adds a tribal prosecutor for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians to the list of individuals to which disclosure of information and records is allowed.
