Overview: Section 12 of S.L. 2026-46 (House Bill 1094) repeals the quarterly reporting requirement for Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) information technology modernization projects authorized in 2014. The DMV will continue to submit a comprehensive quarterly report on its modernization efforts required by later legislation.
This section became effective July 7, 2026.
