Overview: Section 43.19 of S.L. 2026-41 (Senate Bill 257) extends Tabor City's authorization to (i) participate in State and federal railroad revitalization programs and (ii) enter into contracts with the North Carolina Department of Transportation to provide for the nonfederal matching funds for revitalization programs. This authorization now expires December 31, 2029.
