Overview: Section 13 of S.L. 2026-46 (House Bill 1094) gives the North Carolina Turnpike Authority additional flexibility to apply the prepaid discount for vehicles paying tolls using newer payment technologies, such as connected vehicle platforms and digital payment systems.
