Overview: Section 11 of S.L. 2026-46 (House Bill 1094) amends statutory due dates for a Division of Motor Vehicles report detailing the number of administrative hearings, revenue collected, fee waivers granted, counties where hearings were held, and average time required to conduct hearings, to allow the Division to submit its quarterly report within 30 days after the end of an applicable quarter rather than immediately after the close of the quarter.
This section became effective July 7, 2026.
