S257 - 2026 Appropriations Act. (SL 2026-41)

Overview: Section 16.16 of S.L. 2026-41 (Senate Bill 257) provides that all members of the North Carolina Sentencing and Policy Advisory Commission receive travel expenses at the rate that applies to members of the Commission who are employed by the Judicial Branch.
This section becomes effective December 1, 2026.
