Overview: Section 22.7 of S.L. 2026-41 (Senate Bill 257) requires the Department of Administration to provide a detailed financial report of all operating expenditures and parking receipts for the Department of Health and Human Services headquarters campus for the 2025-2027 biennium to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on General Government and the Fiscal Research Division by March 1, 2027.
This section became effective July 1, 2026.
