Overview: Section 9E.21 of S.L. 2026-41 (Senate Bill 257) aligns the next procurement date for the prepaid health plan contracts for standard benefit plans and for behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disabilities tailored plans so that the next contracts for both plan types will begin December 1, 2029.
This section became effective July 1, 2026.
