Overview: Section 9E.18 of S.L. 2026-41 (Senate Bill 257) updates the law that establishes Medicaid eligibility categories to ensure the continuation of Medicaid coverage to pregnant women and children under the CHIPRA 214 State Option after the enactment of changes to that law that were made in Section 3C.4 of S.L. 2026-1.
This section becomes effective October 1, 2026.
