S257 - 2026 Appropriations Act. (SL 2026-41)

Overview: Section 36.3 of S.L. 2026-41 (Senate Bill 257) provides that of the funds appropriated to the Department of Revenue (DOR) in the act, DOR must use $5,400,000 in recurring funds for the 2026-2027 fiscal year to continue and to expand DOR's tax fraud analysis contract through the Government Data Analytics Center (GDAC).
This section became effective July 1, 2026.
