S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 34.7A of S.L. 2017-57 exempts funds received by the Department of Transportation (DOT) as a part of a settlement or final court order from the general law prohibitions on expenditure until appropriated, or on expenditure as overrealized receipts, if the funds represent the recovery of funds previously expended by DOT.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
