§ 53-456.  (Effective January 1, 2027) Money transmitter license.

Any virtual currency kiosk operator who owns, operates, solicits, markets, advertises, or facilitates virtual currency kiosks in this State is deemed to be engaged in money transmission and requires licensure under Article 16B of this Chapter.  (2026-45, s. 1.)
