§ 130A-131.35.  List of programs.

The Department shall maintain and update a list of out-of-school time programs that qualify under the provisions of this Part and shall post that list on its website, including the date of qualification for each program.  (2016-94, s. 12E.2(f); 2025-25, s. 29(5).)
