§ 120-4.18.  Management of funds.

All of the following apply to the fund established by G.S. 120-4.17 pursuant to G.S. 135-7:

(1) The Board of Trustees shall manage the fund.

(2) The State Treasurer shall be the custodian of the assets of this fund and shall deposit these assets with the North Carolina Investment Authority to invest these assets in accordance with Article 6 of Chapter 147 of the General Statutes.  (1983, c. 761, s. 238; 2026-50, s. 3.1(m).)
