§ 113-300.38.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Rules of the Wildlife Resources Commission.

The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission shall make such other rules and regulations relative to hunting wild fowl in Currituck Sound as it may deem necessary and proper, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Article.  (2026-57, s. 2(a).)
