§ 113-300.32.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Number of blinds.

The number of stationary bush blinds and float blinds licensed shall be within the discretion of the Game Commission, but the current number of stationary bush blinds in existence as of July 1, 2026, is presumed to be the maximum number of safe locations for stationary bush blinds.  (2026-57, s. 2(a).)
