§ 113-300.30.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Survey of blinds.

The Game Commission is empowered to institute a survey of the location of all blinds in Currituck County, and to negotiate and purchase land for checkpoints, base lines, and concrete markers to accurately locate said blinds, and to provide for the same in its budget.  (2026-57, s. 2(a).)
