§ 113-300.28.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Denial of licenses to consistent violators.

When the Game Commission finds that an applicant for a blind license is a consistent violator of the game laws of Currituck County, as shown by convictions for such violations, it may in its discretion refuse to issue such applicant a license for any type of blind.  (2026-57, s. 2(a).)
