§ 113-300.26.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Location of blinds; proximity to residences.

Every blind of any kind shall be located not less than 500 yards from any blind of any kind. No float blinds shall be tied within 300 yards of any residence. This section shall not apply to blinds closer together than 500 yards on June 12, 1957, but shall be applicable to any such blinds as, and when, one of said blinds becomes vacant.  (2026-57, s. 2(a).)
