§ 113-300.20.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Floating devices restricted.

No type of floating device shall be used in the hunting of wild fowl in Currituck Sound except those authorized by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission and the Game Commission.  (2026-57, s. 2(a).)
