§ 113-300.19.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Aiding unlicensed persons unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for a licensed guide or other resident of North Carolina or any other person to accompany or aid in hunting, in any of the methods described in this Article, any person who has failed to obtain the proper license.  (2026-57, s. 2(a).)
