§ 113-300.12.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Hunting licenses.

Hunting licenses for shooting migratory wild fowl on the waters covered by this Article shall conform to the licenses set out or required by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission or as required by the statewide game law.  (2026-57, s. 2(a).)
