§ 113-300.10.  (Effective December 1, 2026) Regulation of waterfowl hunting in Currituck County.

The hunting, shooting, killing, or trapping of any wild fowl consisting of geese, ducks, brant, or any other wild fowl from shore, marsh, blind, or floating device on or adjacent to the public waters of Currituck County shall be governed and regulated by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission and the Game Commission of Currituck County, as set forth in this Article, subject to the regulations of this Article.  (2026-57, s. 2(a).)
