§ 108A-146.1A.  (Effective July 1, 2026) Public hospital modernized presumptive IGT offset amount.

The public hospital modernized presumptive IGT offset amount is the aggregate acute care hospital modernized assessment collection amount under G.S. 108A-146.5 multiplied by the public hospital historical assessment share.  (2026-1, s. 3D.2(b).)
